Montreal’s Fantasia Film Festival Set To Kick Off

Look out, Montreal, the Fantasia International Film Festival is storming into town next month and there’s a whole lotta tasty stuff you're gonna want to sink your teeth into.

First off there’s a couple of exceptional-looking world premieres: Jennifer Lynch’s Chained, starring Vincent D’Onofrio as a deranged taxi driver, and Sushi Girl, a “Tarantino-esque” crime thriller starring the legendary Star Wars actor Mark Hamill. On top of these there’s Despite the Gods, a documentary from Penny Vosniak, My Amityville Horror by Eric Walter, and Crave, from newcomer Charles de Lauzirika.

To keep up to date on all the latest news and additions to the festival, pop over to Fantasia’s website. The fun will kick off on July 19 and continue through to August 7.
