The Nas Documentary Is Screening in Toronto & Vancouver with Live Concerts

If you missed Nas performing Illmatic in its entirety last month, fear not. The rapper is hitting the road again for a bunch of dates, some of which will include a screening of the new documentary on the making of his greatest record, Nas: Time Is Illmatic.

Directed by One9, Time Is Illmatic features Fab 5 Freddy, Busta Rhymes, Q-Tip and Pete Rock, all waxing lyrical about one of rap's greatest poets. The film will be released theatrically on October 1st in the States, and on VOD/iTunes on October 3rd, while the tour will begin October 2nd, with a handful of screenings accompanied by live shows.
