Watch: The Coen Brothers' Inside Llewyn Davis Gets New Trailer

With its premiere at Cannes just around the corner, a new trailer for the Coens' much-anticipated Inside Llewyn Davis has landed. (Although to be fair, when are their films ever not 'much-anticipated', huh?)

The movie stars Oscar Isaac as the titular Llewyn, along with Carey Mulligan, Garrett Hedlund, and (calm down, ladies) Justin Timberlake. All, it seems, do remarkably well in helping the Coens evoke the '60s era Greenwich Village around which the film is set.

What strikes us right off the bat is, while there still remains typical Coen elements (southern accents and John Goodman for starters), Inside Llewyn Davis looks to be an unusually pensive and moody affair for the pair, especially when compared to their more manic screwball comedies like O Brother, Where Art Thou?.

The film is scheduled for release on December 6 in the States, and January 24 (2014) in the UK. So whack on some Bob Dylan or some Dylan-esque folk songs and hold tight 'til then, guys.
