In our Show and Tell series we ask some of our favourite artists to answer questions without using any words - instead using their talent for conveying ideas and emotions through their illustrations.
As soon as we saw Eleni Kalorkoti’s gorgeous and charming illustrations we were blown away, and it looks like we weren’t the only ones – her list of previous clients include The New York Times, Buzzfeed, The Pitchfork Review and The V&A. Originally from Edinburgh, Scotland but now living and working in London (accompanied by two friends and a dog), Eleni specialises in editorial illustration but also manages to find time to create amazing personal work and explore new ways of making things. We asked Eleni to tell us about her work, her life and her inspirations, and she responded with gorgeous illustrations that are bursting with character.
